I know, I know, it hasn’t been such a long time since I changed the appearance of my blog. It’s actually the 5th time that I significantly modify it.
I know you’re supposed to keep a constant color scheme, to have a recurrence in your aesthetic, and to make people remember your blog though its colors and patterns.
I know this. But I can’t help it ! I just love the concept itself of customisation, I love to personnalise something until it looks exactly like I’d want it to look, I love to perfect every detail I can spot until everything I see becomes the expression of my imagination. And I really hope I don’t sound mad right now ?
I’m so sorry, I hope you won’t mind too much, but I’m changing my blog’s appearance again.
And I’m taking advantage of this opportunity to introduce my Christmas banner !
Here it is, all sparkly and Christmassy :
As it’s a Christmas Banner, I wanted to make it in a GIF format, to have a cute sparkle animation ?
I added a gingerbread man, a golden Snowflake, and the same flowers from my basic banner, in a softer shade of pink. I loved the old apparence, but I felt like it didn’t fully show my girly side, I guess I just needed a dose of pink in my life ! ?
To match, I also changed my Icon, that is now more noticeable on my blog’s tab. I Kept only the “O”, as I find it more refined that way :
I changed my signature too, and made it daintier than the previous one. I drew it in the same style as the banner, keeping the soft flowers & petals :
And last, my widget titles, with the same touch of swirls. Maybe I’ll add a pink touch later, we’ll see ! :
That’s it, this post was just to mark the transition with December and present you the changes really. As I said in a previous post, because of exams I won’t be able to participate to the blogmas trend, maybe next year. But I do have many Christmas related Ideas, so no worries !

I never listen to the “rules”. I changed my blog theme from time to time to celebrate different seasons. I changed my normal taupe theme to red + green for the holidays and I have a Christmas banner too! <3 Yours looks so festive – awesome attention to all the details. 🙂
