This winter there’s a trend that I really enjoyed, featuring a statement piece : the very famous teddy coat. It’s very comfy, warm, and so fluffy I’m gonna die !
The teddy coat has been there for some years actually, but I’m not sure why it didn’t appeal to me, I barely noticed it. I enjoy the chunky aesthetic, and the plush like texture really is like wearing a teddy bear’s fur.
Since my teddy is beige, I chose to pair it with a knit rust cardigan. I’m definitely a cardigan girl, I have lots of them. But this one is the thickest I own, and it’s awesome to have that warm winter oversize look. When I saw it in the store, I immediately fell in love with the rusty terracotta color, I think it warms up a lot the outfit and gives it a good boost !
Under that cardigan, I thought a monochrome grey with patterns was the way to go, to have that nice color contrast with the cardigan, but still an interesting pattern play with this snakeskin top. Snakeskin is apparently going trendy again this year, i’m happy because I actually love the edginess of it.
And of course, these Pull & Bear boots, that I ADORE because of how comfortable they are : they were just perfect to wander around villages and vineyards in Alsace. Who said you couldn’t be fashionable and comfy ? Definitely not me.
