Summer vacation and a pandemic situation, are they compatible ?
Fortunately we got this whole virus situation under a bit of control for a moment here in France, so we decided to visit our country a bit. We went to the south of France for a change (here it’s always sunnier than Paris) plus we went to the not so touristy places, not near overcrowded beaches and famous cities.
This here was around the Lac du Salagou, a colorful lake with blue and red contrasts.
Another thing people think isn’t very compatible is fashion and travel (specifically being fashionable while visiting stuff and hiking around), but the truth is that you just need to accessorize a bit to change a casual outfit without being uncomfortable. For example this outfit is quite simple since I wore it for hiking and trying to be comfy in the heat (it was around 40°C with no clouds, I guess I have an idea of hell’s temperature now), but add a hat and a pair of nice glasses and bam, you’re stylish. Also, the hat will prevent your head from burning down ! Yayy !
What do you wear when you want to hike and still be fashunable ?
