Christmas is in only 4 days now, and since I’m a bit late in my posting (curse you, exams) you’re getting two posts in a day ! Let me show you how I decorated my apartment for this holiday. I inspired myself from many pictures found on the internet, that you can check out in my Christmas Decor Inspiration Post ✶
So, for this holiday season, I decided to add some cute round fairy lights, and a shiny star on the wall, right above my table shelf.
Okay, I have to admit that I’m a big fan of memes, and I couldn’t resist including some in my Christmas decoration. Sorry if you don’t get it, but it would be too complicated to explain ! (search for “doge” on google if you’re curious) :
Some golden straws & peppermint candy canes, a christmassy treat to pick up whenever you feel like it !

I always like to put a Christmas decoration on my coffee table too, as there are not that many places to decorate into my 20m² home.

And yes, small place means small Christmas tree !
But I still have one ✨
I got those mini balls from HEMA : 
I also kept my wire basket filled with nuts, and I added mini Christmas balls to it to make it festive. My acorn is there too, as it’s also a winter themed shape.
And finally on the windows, I got to do some snowflakes drawings !
I did those with a chalk marker, they’re great to draw on almost everything like glass, and it’s easily removable with water.
I also tied the curtain up with a cute golden star ⭐
At night you can clearly see the snow on my windows !
I’m pretty happy of how it turned out, because it was kind of tricky to do honestly, but chalk markers ARE AWESOME.

You are so inventive! We are dog sitting over Christmas and our young lab/retriever cross guest is grabbing everything in sight…including the balls at the bottom of the tree. So anything at low level is gradually moving higher and higher from coffee tables and hearth to shelves, work tops and mantle!! Merry Christmas x
