Check Trousers & Lilac

It’s June already, but it’s only been a few days since the weather is finally looking a little more like summer in Paris !
When I went to shoot that outfit thought, it was still kind of chilly, so I chose to wear this very light lilac pink sweater form New Look (I got it on sale, 7€ right now !). I really love pastel lilac, it’s a very subtle yet cheerful color in my opinion. And of course, as you might have seen in other outfits of mine, I love checked patterns mixed with lilac ♥ I found these very comfortable check pants at H&M (I think they might actually be jeggings ? I’m not sure really), I think check pants change the whole vibe of an outfit. Even pattern pants in general, it’s much more a statement than a pattern blazer for example, at least for me ! Heels are basic pointy mid heels from H&M too, I’ve actually owned them for minimum 7 years, no joke haha.
I accessorized this outfit with the Vintage Cartier Bag that I got from my grandma, she has some truly beautiful pieces in her closet, I’m very grateful that she decided to gift me some of them (I know she and my grandpa read my posts sometimes, so if you’re there : hi Papet and Nonna !).
Another piece that I really like in this outfit : this stylish pair of sunglasses from New Look too. I loved their spring/summer collection this year, almost every new item I bought lately is from them ! I’m also very fond of the tortoise shell trend we can see on many glasses and bags lately.
