Don’t you hate it when you want to wear that really cute pair of earrings that day, but you just CAN’T FIND IT in all your jewelry mess ?
Or when you need to travel, but the only way to bring your earrings with you is to loose them in your makeup bag, and they end up scratching your lipstick and makeup containers, or even poke holes in the said bag ? Or maybe do you just don’t have enough space and need a more organized way of storing your earrings ?
Well, don’t you worry anymore, I have the solution for you in this DIY !
I’m going to show you how I made this cute earring holder, that fits well in every cabinet, drawer, or travel bag 🙂
✘ Here’s what you’ll need :
- A piece of hard material, like bristol paper or cardboard
- A pin or needle
- A pair of Scissors
- A piece of fabric (optionnal)
- A glue gun (optionnal)
1. Cut the holder
Take the bristol paper, and cut it as big as you’d like your holder to be.
2. Cut the fabric
If you don’t want to decorate your holder with fabric, you can skip this and go directly to step 4.
If you want to, place your fabric around your card, leaving at least 1 cm of margin on the edges.
3. Glue the fabric
Fold the fabric edges and glue them together with the glue gun, starting with the right and let edges.
4. Poke holes in your holder
With the pin or needle, poke holes in your holder to determine where the earrings are going to be placed. Move it around in the hole to make it bigger.
5. Place your earrings
Poke your earrings through your premade holes so they finally get the right size.
And done !
You are ready to bring your earrings everywhere with you, or keep them at home, all this while knowing exactly where they are ! You are guaranteed of NEVER loosing and earring again (well, if you loose the whole holder, I can’t help you anymore).
I hope this was useful, tell me what you thought about it in the comments ! 🙂

This is such a good idea! It’s so annoying when you lose one earring!
